YAMAHA INTRODUCES ERG121U ELECTRIC GUITAR

—Low-priced, Solid Basswood Instrument Makes Debut—

The Yamaha ERG121U electric guitar.

BUENA PARK, CA—Yamaha Corporation of America introduces the first in a new line of low-priced, solid Basswood electric guitars—the ERG 121U—the perfect electric for the novice or professional player.

"The ERG121U has the body style of the RGX and the quality that Yamaha is so well known for and a price that is very affordable," states David Bergstrom, director of marketing, Combo Group.

Featuring a solid Basswood body with two humbucking pickups in the neck and bridge position, a single-coil pickup in the middle position, vintage tremolo, Maple neck with Rosewood fingerboard and chrome tuners, the guitar is available in a gloss black finish and includes a Yamaha gig bag.
