5...4...3...2...1....Get ready to blast off with Disney’s Little Einsteins™, the new, interactive preschool franchise that encourages children to “share the music” and shout “We’ve Got a Mission!” Created by The Baby Einstein Company and the learning-inspired Playhouse Disney block on the Disney Channel, the program will take preschoolers on thrilling musical adventures to real-world destinations, so that they can help solve important missions and learn along the way. The special partnership between AMC and Little Einsteins will provide three-to-six-year-olds with new ways to enjoy, learn about and make music.
“Our Big HUGE Adventure” DVD
“Our Big HUGE Adventure” DVD, available nationwide on August 23, 2005 is the first title in the Little Einsteins franchise, and is the lead-in for a new TV series slated to launch on Disney Channel during its learning-focused Playhouse Disney block in October 2005. For their first mission, the Little Einsteins team embarks on an exciting journey to help a little caterpillar on his quest to become a beautiful Monarch butterfly. The story is set to the dramatic music of Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, features classic artwork including Van Gogh’s “Wheat Field of Cypress,” Monet’s “Woman in a Garden,” and Hokusai’s “Under the Wave of Kanagawa,” and spotlights real-world destinations including New York City, Oklahoma, and Texas.
The TV Series
Debuting in October 2005, Disney’s Little Einsteins is the “must see” show in Disney Channel’s Fall 2005 Playhouse Disney block. Each 24-minute, highly interactive mission exposes preschoolers to new musical adventures, encouraging them to learn about, talk about, enjoy and make music every day.
